Aim of this Course

This course is aimed at providing the learners with various communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal skills, which are essential both at the workplace and on a personal level. Other communication related skills that will be addressed in this course are the tone of voice to use, deciding how formal a message should be, and what means of communication is best to use for each situation, amongst others.
