Description: - Taking part of our Customer Service team - Answering to our player?s queries via emails/LiveChat/phone 24/7 - Basic technical assistance regarding games, verification, accounts and transactions - Fraud analysis & prevention - Commercial & sales - Latin America market analysis - Communication (Content writing, campaign launching?etc) - Social media management - Translation from English to Spanish/Spanish to English Requirements: - You must be friendly, outgoing and able to deal with people over the phone - Native/Fluent level of Spanish & Deep knowledge of Latin America habits & culture - Intermediary to Fluent French writing is a plus - Fluent level of written and spoken English - Strong communication skills - Strong writing skills (spelling & grammar) - Ability to write content in a creative and catching manner - Ability to work as part of a team - Dedication and ambition - Comfortable with a computer and software ?
