We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic manager to lead our innovative establishment at Date Art Cafe.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role at a busy cafe / restaurant / cocktail bar and will be an expert in service, staff training, and hosting clients. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the cafe/restaurant/cocktail bar Ensure exceptional service is provided to all guests Train and manage staff to provide top-notch service and create a positive experience for guests Manage and maintain inventory and ordering of supplies Host and entertain guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase business Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results Work closely with the culinary team to create and maintain a diverse menu that appeals to a wide range of guests Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to increase visibility and drive business Qualifications: Proven experience as a manager in a similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to train and manage staff Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting Passion for the food and beverage industry Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about the food and beverage industry and have a proven track record of success as a manager, we would love to hear from you. In addition, the manager should be able to create a positive and productive work environment for all team members. The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure. The manager will be required to work evenings and weekends, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
