Benefit from an in-depth Jobsplus course paired with on-the-job training ensuring new employees are equipped with essential skills and knowledge. This scheme is co-financed by the European Social Fund+ 2021-2027.

    2. Cost-Free Training Support: Benefit from a fully funded training programme where Jobsplus covers the trainees’ allowances (ranging from the national minimum wage up to €7.50 per hour, depending on the occupation), reducing your financial burden while building a skilled workforce.

    3. Flexible Skill Development: Shape trainees through 270 hours of on-the-job training at your premises, tailored to your operational requirements, plus 50 hours of off-the-job training delivered by Jobsplus, ensuring a well-rounded skill set.
