Empower YOUth On-the-Job Exposure Phase

Looking to grow your team with fresh, motivated talent—at no cost to your business? The Empower YOUth On-the-Job Exposure Phase gives employers the opportunity to host young individuals aged 15 to 29 who have completed off-the-job training and are eager to gain hands-on experience. This scheme helps youth build essential workplace skills while allowing you to train, assess, and potentially hire your next great employee—all in a risk-free environment.
