Work Exposure Scheme (Summer Students)

Persons of working age who are not in employment. Our work exposure program is your pathway to smoother job transitions. Gain essential skills and knowledge through on-the-job training, designed to empower jobseekers like you on their journey to gainful employment.

Scheme Benefits

    1. Practical experience: Engage in hands-on training that aligns with your field of study, enhancing your practical skills and making you more competitive in the job market.
    2. Flexible placement duration: Complete a 200-hour placement over a maximum of 10 weeks, with the option to work up to 40 hours per week, allowing you to tailor the experience to your summer schedule.
    3. Financial Compensation: Receive a training allowance of €7.50 per hour during the placement, providing financial support while you gain experience.
    4. Boost your employability with a Certificate: Complete at least 70% of your training hours and earn a certificate recognised by employers, giving your CV a competitive edge.
    5. Build your professional network: Connect with employers and peers during your placement, opening doors to future job opportunities and valuable industry relationships.
