3. Financial support: Earn a training allowance ranging from the national minimum wage up to €7.50 per hour, depending on the chosen occupation, paid directly by Jobsplus. Plus, keep your existing social benefits while you train – no need to choose between support and skill-building.
4. Boost your employability with an accredited certification: Complete at least 70% of your on-the-job training hours and successfully finish 80% of your off-the-job training to earn an accredited certification that will give your CV a competitive edge and further enhance your professional qualifications.                            
5. Employer connection: Train directly at an employer’s premises, offering you the chance to network, impress and potentially secure a job after the scheme.
6. Personalised support when you need it: Access guidance and training tailored to your goals, with job coaches available for vulnerable trainees to ensure you thrive every step of the way.
