1. Hands-on vocational training: Gain a mix of theoretical and practical training over a maximum period of 14 weeks, including 270 hours of on-the-job training with employers and 50 hours of off-the-job learning, giving you a strong foundation in your chosen field.
2. Explore over 150 occupations: Dive into a wide variety of roles, from technical roles to service and sales positions, tailored to match your interests and skills.
3. Financial support: Earn a training allowance ranging from €5.54 to €7.50 per hour, depending on the chosen occupation, paid directly by Jobsplus. Plus, keep your existing social benefits while you train – no need to choose between support and skill-building.
4. Boost your employability with an accredited certification: Complete at least 70% of your on-the-job training hours and successfully finish 80% of your off-the-job training to earn an accredited certification that will give your CV a competitive edge and further enhance your professional qualifications.                            
5. Employer connection: Train directly at an employer’s premises, offering you the chance to network, impress and potentially secure a job after the scheme.
6. Personalised support when you need it: Access guidance and training tailored to your goals, with job coaches available for vulnerable trainees to ensure you thrive every step of the way.
