USE OF THE WEBSITE
These terms and conditions regulate the access to information posted on the website and services related to website notifications, notifications and automailers received by users through their personal contact email address (this is the email address a user defines in his/her CV profile) and communication between users (namely employers and potential candidates) through their user e-mail account (this is the email address a user defines as his/her access username credential) and/or the use of the website for the purpose of submitting application forms available on the website to respective departments within Jobsplus.
Automated Notifications and Communications between users:
This website offers the service of automated notifications issued by Jobsplus and on information updates within the website. The notifications functionality allows users to choose how and when to be notified. Control of these notifications can be accessed from the "Settings" function within the user's profile (https://jobsplus.gov.mt/Profile) . The automated notifications and messaging feature are available to users that have obtained a Maltese Electronic Identity (e-ID) or have been authenticated as proper users by Jobsplus.
Once you register and your information is authenticated by Jobsplus, you will receive an e-mail notification indicating that your registration to the website has been successful and you should be able to login using your credentials. If Jobsplus is not able to verify your registration details properly, you will be notified to provide specific documents as the case may be.

Please note that in the case only when you are actively registering on any of the following Jobsplus part registers (1, 2, 1R), your contact details, name and surname are always (irrespective of your dashboard setting) visible to employers.
As a registered user with an employer status you will be able to use the following features:
have access to all information made available to standard user accounts
be able to switch on or off your jobseeker status (in case user as an employer is not interested to be a jobseeker as well)
access to published vacancies at Jobsplus
have access to the job matching engine whereby you will be able to create an ad-hoc vacancy (on-the-fly) and be able to check instantly on jobseekers whose CV information was matched to the vacancy details inputted
contact directly matched jobseekers
be able to submit engagement and termination forms
be able to check on the status of employment licence applications
issue printout of engagement and termination form acknowledgements, as well as lists of respective employees
be able to manage more than one company in one dashboard
if having the rights of an Administrator, you are able to access all information and services available on the employer’s dashboard
use any other services made available to user through the dashboard by Jobsplus from time to time.
if having the rights of a Super Administrator, you have the basic rights of an Administrator and are able to approve other Administrators
