This course is aimed at providing the relevant occupational health and safety legislation and the local national arrangements governing this area. Through this training programme, the learner will be made aware of the Maltese legal system and developments, as well as the Health and Safety Work Act 2024 and its subsidiary legislation. By the end of the course, learners will gain knowledge on the local OHS Legislation, particularly Chapter 646 of the Laws of Malta and its subsidiary legislation. Furthermore, learners will understand the legal aspects of managing health and safety at work within the Maltese context.
