We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities include: - Conducting routine maintenance tasks, including painting, snagging, basic electrical, and plumbing work - Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff - Performing preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition - Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems as needed - Assisting with special projects and renovations as required - Assist with the collection and delivery of laundry to the company's laundry room and distribution to hotels Other remarks: Salary negotiable depending on experience
