We are looking for a responsible and organized Delivery Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily delivery operations.
-Schedule and coordinate daily delivery routes -Assign deliveries to drivers and monitor progress -Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, or delivery updates -Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries -Ensure timely and efficient delivery operations -Maintain delivery records, schedules, and reports -Resolve delivery issues and provide operational support when needed -Monitor driver performance and delivery timelines
