Responsible for purchasing materials, equipment and services, managing suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery for construction and excavation projects.

Manage procurement of materials, equipment and services, source suppliers, negotiate prices and contracts, monitor deliveries, and ensure purchasing requirements are met for construction and excavation projects.

  • Monitor execution of purchasing contracts until payment (quantity, quality, delivery terms)
  • Draw up tenders or specifications for suppliers or service providers
  • Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers
  • Establish or develop purchasing strategy of company
  • Analyse replies (bids) of call for proposals (tenders) and assess suppliers' potential to adjust to demand
