Daily cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, serving equipment, trolleys and other food containers, floors and surfaces and the Company’s premises in general. Perform any other general tasks as may be instructed from time to time by superiors.

To be responsible for daily cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment’s, trolleys and other food containers. Perform any other general tasks as may be instructed from time to time.

  • Clean and maintain machines, equipment, peripherals
  • Check cleaning performance on site (quality, time schedule, reports) and file complaints
  • Take dirty linen to internal/external laundry service. Check condition of returned linen
  • Air the rooms
  • Dust & clean floors, carpets, furniture and objects. Ventilate rooms
  • Dust, sort out waste and empty dustbins
  • Clean and store clothes and other textiles (washing, sewing, ironing)
  • Maintain and store cleaning materials. Check stock of products
