Responsible for accurately selecting and collecting products from warehouse storage locations based on customer orders.
This position calls for an experienced, responsible and hard-working individual who will be performing the following main duties amongst others: - Picking goods in accordance and as per the daily picklist; - Picking/issuing items on FIFO basis and wines according to the vintage date; - Placing collected items properly on pallet prior to being placed in the despatch area; - Assisting in loading the vans when required; - Organizing stock in the warehouse; - Keeping the warehouse clean and free from any hazard; - Following health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment; - Assisting the Delivery Drivers on the routes when required. Interested candidates must: -Be motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision; - Have excellent time management, communication and organisation skills; - Be a team player; - Be diligent and have an eye for detail; - Be able to lift and carry heavy items; - Have good verbal and written communication skills in English; - Possess a clean police conduct. Candidates applying must be already residing in Malta and hold a valid working permit.
