Act as the main contact from confirmation through travel completion. Coordinate accommodation, transport and activities, manage bookings for individuals and groups, and ensure the quality, consistency and smooth delivery of our services at every stage.

What We're Looking For • Experience in a similar role within the tourism industry, or a relevant qualification in tourism and/or event management • Eligible to work in Malta without sponsorship (EU citizenship required, in line with local work permit regulations) • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Maltese and other languages will be considered an asset but are not essential • Knowledge of and interest in Maltese history and culture • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • A proactive mindset, with the ability to work well on your own initiative • Strong numeric accuracy and attention to detail What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • A supportive, family-oriented team environment • The chance to work with an experienced team in a business with over 55 years in the industry • The opportunity to occasionally work remotely depending on the exigencies of the business at the time
