The labourer/construction worker is to performs physical tasks on construction sites, such as digging, material handling, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of building structures.
Site Preparation: Cleaning construction sites and preparing foundations, which may include digging trenches, clearing debris, or leveling ground. Material Handling: Moving building materials like bricks, cement, and steel beams, either by hand or with the help of machinery. Assisting Skilled Workers: Supporting tradespeople by providing them with tools and materials as needed, and helping with specific tasks that require extra manpower. Operating Equipment: Using basic construction tools and machinery, such as mixers, jackhammers, and power drills. Safety Compliance: Following safety regulations, wearing protective gear, and ensuring the work site is safe for everyone.
