The AI and Workflow Specialist sits at the point where operational knowledge of the company's products and processes meets applied artificial intelligence. The purpose of the role is to translate business problems into agent based use cases and to design, test, and deploy AI capabilities that measurably improve how the company works. The successful candidate will report to the Workflow and AI Integration Manager and will be based at our Malta office, working daily with developers, Product, and Operations. The role is a blend of business analysis, applied AI engineering, and quality assurance. It suits someone who is equally comfortable interviewing a stakeholder about a broken process, writing the acceptance criteria for the agent that will fix it, testing the release, and then standing in front of leadership to explain what it saved the business. • Translate business problems into agent use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Map existing client facing and internal workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation or agent-based improvements. • Work with developers to design, test, and deploy prompts, RAG chains, and autonomous or semi autonomous agents. • Maintain prompt libraries and track their performance metrics. • Build and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans for new AI capabilities. • Perform functional QC on released features, file and track defects, and verify fixes. • Quantify ROI and efficiency gains against agreed KPIs. • Act as functional subject matter expert for assigned modules, documenting best practices and producing user guides. • Present findings and demos to Product, Operations, and Leadership, translating technical results into business language. • Monitor emerging agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and LangGraph together with new LLM capabilities, run proofs of concept, and share insights. • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
