Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist passengers with professionalism and care Respond confidently to emergencies, ensuring safety and calm Record key incidents and observations accurately Stay up to date through on-going training and contribute ideas to enhance the passenger experience What We’re Looking For: A customer service focused mindset Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus Strong people skills and attention to detail Able to work shifts, including nights and weekends Must pass background checks and be physically fit for the role
