We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Plasma Operator to join our team.
Main Duties: Set up and operate CNC plasma-cutting machinery. Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting plans. Load and verify CNC programs and cutting files. Set appropriate cutting speeds, amperage, gas pressure, and material parameters. Load, position, and secure metal plates safely. Inspect cut components for accuracy and quality. Remove slag and carry out basic finishing work. Record material usage and report discrepancies or machine issues. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance. Follow all company, ISO, health and safety procedures. Requirements: Previous experience operating CNC plasma-cutting equipment. Ability to read technical drawings. Knowledge of cutting steel and other metals. Basic computer and measurement skills. Experience with CAD/CAM or nesting software is an advantage.
