We are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to operate and maintain our computer systems and networks and to ensure that all employees get the most effective IT functionality.

The Position Requires: • Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems. • Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization. • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. • Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components. • Ensuring the security of colleague and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall. • Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computer and network devices. • Performing testing on new hardware and software before full-scale installation. • Managing and daily monitoring of all backup systems.
