We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Operations & Systems Officer to support the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel’s IT systems and services.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the selected candidate will support the day-to-day technology operations of the resort, ensuring smooth system performance and seamless IT services for both guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to all hotel departments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. • Maintain a strong on-site presence to support Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, and Reservations. • Support and troubleshoot hotel systems such as PMS, POS, key card systems, guest Wi-Fi, and in-room TV entertainment systems. • Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers. • Support wired and wireless network connectivity issues for both staff and guests. • Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager or external vendors when required. • Ensure support tickets are handled promptly in line with internal service standards. • Assist with routine system checks and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure operational continuity. • Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records. • Participate in a rotating on-call support roster to assist with urgent technical issues when required. Candidate Profile: • CCNA certification preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience managing enterprise network environments. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support. • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, structured cabling). • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (user management, email setup, permissions). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Good command of the English language.
