We are seeking to recruit a Plastic Injection Molding Machine Setter responsible for changing tooling, setting up machines, and ensuring production equipment operates efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: -Setup the machines and prepare for production, -Optimizing injection mould settings during production for a maximum performance. -Keep machines and area clean from tools and other accessories, -To keep molds in their relevant pallets. -Fill the 'In process check sheet' documents during process. -Understand and identify faulty injection parts, -Understand the injection process that include mixes and preparation of production. -Being able to work on their own initiative and with a team. -Be organized and efficient. -Proven work experience. -Experience in similar work would be considered an asset, -Technically competent persons within the required area of expertise.
