We are looking for a skilled Steel Fixer to carry out reinforcement and concrete works across various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lay and fix steel reinforcement
Assist with erection of formwork
Support concrete casting works
Work on projects such as houses, schools, garages, industrial units, and public buildings
Requirements:
Experience in steel fixing or construction work
Ability to follow technical instructions
Willingness to work overtime when required
Reliable and team-oriented attitude

Competencies
- Assemble support structures (scaffold, braces, platform...)
- Check dimensions, shapes, welds; perform finishings/ adjustments/alterations in case of alignment/deformation mistakes
- Determine assembly process and necessary materials based on instructions, technical files...
- Place and mark structural elements, weld and assembly spot
- Set cutting and forming tools and cut or shape elements (profiles, pipes, panels...)
- Register production and quality monitoring data (malfunctions, interventions...)
- Take down measurements and dimensions on materials and perform necessary outlines
