We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly communicative Sales Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, converting prospects into loyal clients .You will operate in a fast-paced environment where your financial success is directly tied to your performance and persistence.

  • Analyse consumer habits, stock rotation, sales. Draw up commercial action plan (displayed products, place, duration...)
  • Answer internet users' emails and inquiries (complaints, sales, purchases, exchanges)
  • Determine commercial goals (sales, capacity, turnover, customer satisfaction...)
  • Reply to calls for tenders. Draft commercial proposals. Establish performance values with customers in contract
  • Determine the strategic sales objectives of department
  • Organise, follow-up and technically support activity of sales team
  • Monitor budget of commercial actions
  • Set up database of customers and prospects
  • Analyse information on product or product range. Select promotional campaign type
  • Administrative management of Sales ledger (customer accounts) (credits, advance payments, outstanding amounts ...)
  • Check and register sales contracts. Inform the customer on delivery status
  • Coordinate department activities. Analyse monitoring instruments and make suggestions for improvement
  • Establish administrative procedures for handling of orders. Check application of the administrative procedures
  • Develop the company's marketing strategy based on market research
  • Create marketing plan. Monitor development and execution of marketing plan
  • Price, promotion and product placement negotiation during promotional activities
