We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between end-user and developer, analyse business process, and identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: -Analyse business process and identify gap and improvement opportunity. -Liaise with stakeholder, end-user, and developer to ensure effective communication. -Document, analyse, and test system development, process flow, and specification. -Provide training and technical support to end-user on business system. -Coordinate with vendor and developer to resolve system-related issue. -Conduct software quality and security audit. -Advise stakeholder on process improvement and system solution. -Follow company policy and participate in continuous improvement. -Perform other related duty as assigned by management. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. -Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. -Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other business solution. -Understanding of project management and IT business solution. -Knowledge of software testing method.
