The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading data driven decision making across the company by conducting analysis using all available data sources and communicating the insights to stakeholders.
● Support the business proactively in translating the insights found into actions. ● Improve data driven decision making in customer facing teams to impact the business. ● Improve data literacy by closely working with stakeholders across the business. ● Communicate business needs back to other data teams to turn business needs into cross-functional data team processes and deliverables. ● Analyze all available data using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends. ● Create advanced data visualisations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. ● Introduce new KPIs to measure business performance effectively. ● Lead, mentor, and upskill junior analysts, and establish development standards.
