We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in restaurant management or supervision, strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, and fluency in English. Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is required. Key Responsibilities: -Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff supervision. -Coordinate staff schedules and ensure high service standards. -Support staff training and monitor performance. -Assist with stock control and cash handling. -Handle customer complaints professionally. -Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth restaurant operations. -Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards.
