The company is seeking to recruit Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join its maintenance team.
The role operates on a rotating shift basis, covering morning and afternoon shifts, with no night shifts. This is a dynamic and varied position, ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and implementing improvements. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to the reliability and efficiency of equipment and systems while helping to identify and implement practical solutions and continuous improvements. We are looking for proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and taking on new challenges. Requirements and duties: - Minimum diploma in mechanical and or electrical engineering; - Good knowledge of basic motor actuator system, gear reductions and chain mechanisms; - Experience with Linux systems and or PLC’s will be considered an asset; - Hands on, go-get attitude; - Ability to communicate in English and Maltese; - Valid driving license; - Solution finding aptitude; - Able to follow instructions and keep updated records and documents; - Team player.
