We are seeking an organised and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee daily fleet operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities: -Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily fleet operations. -Manage driver schedules, vehicle allocation, and operational resources. -Ensure compliance with Transport Malta regulations, licensing requirements, road safety standards, and applicable transport legislation. -Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspection, insurance renewal, and documentation. -Monitor fleet performance through ride-hailing platforms, including Bolt and Uber, where applicable. -Supervise driver performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain professional service standards. -Monitor operating costs, fuel consumption, vehicle utilisation, and profitability. -Develop procedures to improve efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction. -Coordinate driver recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance documentation. -Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate fleet records, and recommend business improvements. -Liaise with regulatory authorities, insurance providers, maintenance suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. -Support the development and expansion of passenger transport operations.
