• Lead and manage all Food and Beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and compliance. • Develop innovative menus and manage food and beverage inventories aligned with brand quality. • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a cohesive F&B team. • Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure exceptional guest experiences. • Oversee POS system efficiency, budget adherence, and inventory management. • Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all outlets. • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and drive continuous team development.
