Be professional in the transportation of loading of goods and products and in equipment according to specification. Maintain a high level of cleanliness of vehicles and their equipment with records compiled regularly. Ensure all goods, crates, trolleys and equipment is loaded and stowed according to provided instructions. Observe road safety regulations. Be responsible to ensure that vehicles under your control are road worthy. Observe driving and traffic rules and regulations and exercise utmost care when maneuvering vehicles. Takes all necessary and preventive measures to ensure cargo is transported and delivered safely and free from any damages. Perform his/her duties according to HACCP system principles. Carry out his/her duties safely and responsibly. Maintain a high level of personal hygiene, be well groomed and wear clean uniform. Does not smoke in the vehicle. Fuelling the vehicles Ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported Provides a communication link between customers and management Collect money for deliveries that are cash on delivery Collect necessary documentation from client Ensure proper appearance and personal hygiene (short nails, no nail polish, proper grooming, clean ironed uniform, daily washing) Ensure that the temperature of food and quality of packaging is ok. Ensure that the hygiene standards are strictly maintained . Ensures that all security measures stipulated by the company are adhered to at all times.
