The company develops Sovereign-AI technologies designed to provide greater technological and data sovereignty, reduce reliance on frontier large language models (LLMs), and support secure and independent AI infrastructure. Key responsibilities: • Design and implement AI/ML components and integrations. • Guide model evaluation, deployment, monitoring and optimisation. • Collaborate across engineering and product teams on technical decisions. • Support code quality, documentation and mentoring where appropriate. Candidate profile: Qualifications and experience: Relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2–4 years of experience at mid-level or 5+ years at senior level, depending on the position. • Substantial practical AI/ML engineering experience. • Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals. • Experience deploying and operating models or AI-enabled services. • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, MLOps and responsible AI practices is desirable.
