Install, maintain and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS). Monitor and control building services, perform basic electrical checks, assist with fault finding, carry out system testing, and ensure efficient operation of HVAC and lighting.

-Understand & interpret technical drawings. -Installation of ELV cables -Termination of cables in BMS panels -Installation of sensors -Basic understanding of electrical installations

  • Checking whether the appliance is functioning by doing trial runs and function tests and setting the parameters before returning it to the customer
  • Determine which repairs in the electrical installation or equipment are needed and trace malfunctioning parts

  • Instruct customers regarding use, maintenance and setting of parameters
