We are looking for an Accountant to join our team on part time basis.

Main duties are: Bookkeeping in Xero, bank reconciliations, Malta VAT and EU OSS VAT returns, supplier and customer invoices, payroll and FSS, contact with auditors, banks and authorities, monthly reports to the director.

• Competencies

  • Administer clients' portfolio; present closed accounts and provide management advice
  • Calculate commissions. Check and account for commercial results
  • Check and record (entry of customer payments, drafting invoices, reminders...) company income
  • Code and enter invoices, bank statements, pieces of evidence. Perform verification check on bank accounts
  • Coordinate team activities. Head department of an organization

  • Update parameters of bookkeeping systems (social contribution rates)
  • Verify/estimate stock value (in/outbound goods). Analyse flow (acquisition of raw materials, turnover...); make inventory
