Key Responsibilities: -Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, crockery, and work areas. -Operate dishwashing equipment and use cleaning products safely. -Maintain clean floors, storage areas, drains, and waste areas. -Assist with basic kitchen tasks and organizing supplies when required. -Handle waste disposal and segregation according to procedures. -Follow food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety standards. -Report shortages, faults, or damaged equipment. -Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
