We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to provide friendly and professional service, ensuring a positive dining experience through efficient food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities: - Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. - Present menus and explain food and beverage options. - Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. - Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. - Prepare, clean and reset tables before and after service. - Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. - Handle customer requests and complaints professionally. - Process payments when required. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas. - Replenish cutlery, napkins and other service supplies. - Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety regulations. - Assist with opening and closing duties.
