We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Person to collect and deliver customer orders safely and on time, while providing professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect orders and parcels from designated locations.
- Deliver orders accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions.
- Handle goods and parcels with care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Communicate delivery updates or issues to customers and the operations team.
- Comply with company procedures, road safety regulations and traffic laws.

Competencies
- Set up route according to delivery requirements. Check documents (timetables, order form...)
- Deliver or collect parcels according to request
- Perform emergency measures in case of accident. Notify services concerned
- Load parcels, envelopes, prepared dishes on or in the vehicle
- Execute basic maintenance. Clean vehicle
- Arrange delivery/collection of envelope/parcel together with customer (sign off, delivery note, reserve...)
- Make deliveries by: bicycle
- Receive payments
- Carry out work concerning Customs formalities (checking parcels, making declarations...)
- Make deliveries by: scooter - motorcycle smaller than 125 cm3
- Make deliveries by: scooter - motorcycle larger than 125 cm3
- Make deliveries by: light motor vehicle (less than 3.5 tons)
- Receive and prepare goods to be delivered
(collection, packing...)
- Make deliveries with: armoured vehicle (for transport of cash and valuables)
- Collect payments due for sale of products and services; check orders
