Responsible for carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the hotel, including basic plumbing, painting, carpentry and electrical maintenance, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas and facilities are kept in good working condition.
• Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and servicing on equipment to prevent sudden breakdowns. • Corrective & Emergency Repairs: Fixing urgent issues as they arise, such as leaky faucets, broken locks, faulty TVs, or clogged drains. • Guest Room Upkeep: Handling touch-up painting, carpentry, drywall patching, caulking, and furniture repairs. • Building Systems: Managing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (units, electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, and plumbing lines.
