This manual contains Frequently Asked Questions that are intended to act as a guide to applicants and to foreign nationals wishing to work in Malta. They are subject to regular updates and thus, it is important that applications must comply with those guidelines applicable at the date of application.
An Entrepreneurship Manual was published by Jobsplus in 2007 as part of an ESF project promoting an entrepreneurship culture among females. The Personal Action Plan is a guide which helps our jobseekers in their search for a suitable employment. Jobseekers are provided with this guide by their employment adviser. It offers guidance on what employers look for in their prospective employees, on job searching tips, on drafting a CV and an application letter, on preparing for interviews, and on the importance of lifelong learning. This publication provides our clients with information on the Jobsplus services and with the contact details of the local private recruitment and training organisations.
