The Gap Analysis is a feature of the job matching engine that compares your CV profile with the requirements of a job vacancy. When you click on the percentage match or the Gap Analysis icon, it shows a summary of how well your profile matches the vacancy's criteria. The "Read More" option provides detailed insights into the matched and mismatched requirements. On the Matching Report, the left side displays the vacancy details and requirements, while the right side shows the Gap Analysis data, indicating where your CV and the job requirements don't align.
