Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with potential clients in the Italian market through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups Present, promote, and sell company products and services tailored to client needs Manage and convert leads provided by the company, maintaining an organized pipeline using CRM tools Maintain strong client relationships by providing continuous support and addressing inquiries professionally and promptly Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and company offerings to effectively position our services Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, marketing, support) to ensure a seamless client experience Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs Candidate Requirements: Native or fluent Italian speaker with strong communication skills in English Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or client-facing role (experience in financial markets, forex, or fintech is highly preferred) Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Ability to handle objections and work under pressure Team player with a collaborative mindset Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools Must be legally authorized to work in Malta and available to work on-site What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus high-performance commissions Career growth within a reputable and expanding company Dynamic and multicultural team environment Comfortable office setup in a central location
