Description of duties Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, outlets, and control systems. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water supply, and drainage. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues effectively. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and testing of systems. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality service. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent. Skills and attributes Certified/qualified Electrician and/or Plumber (relevant licenses or vocational training required). Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing work. Strong knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physically fit and able to perform hands-on tasks. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license (preferred).
