The role requires excellent time management, safe driving, and strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Collect food and beverage orders from restaurants, cafes, or partner stores. Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and handled with care. Deliver orders promptly and safely to customers at their specified location. Provide polite, professional, and friendly customer service. Navigate efficiently using GPS systems or knowledge of local routes. Handle payments and digital transactions when required. Maintain the cleanliness and basic care of the delivery vehicle/bike. Adhere to traffic laws and company delivery policies. Communicate effectively with dispatch, restaurants, and customers regarding order status or issues. Requirements: Valid driver’s license (or motorcycle/bike license, depending on vehicle type). Access to a reliable vehicle, scooter, or bicycle (if not company-provided). Good driving record with safe driving habits. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
