Responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a clean and welcoming bar environment.
To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers at the bar, terrace, or tables. To mix cocktails on request and recommend drinks to guests. To maintain the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked. To check and record stock, place orders when necessary, and store deliveries correctly. To wash and maintain glassware and bar utensils. To provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and create a welcoming atmosphere. To comply with hygiene, health, and safety standards, and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Previous experience as a bartender is preferred. Knowledge of cocktails and wines will be considered an asset. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
