The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the restaurant and catering outlet. Duties include coordinating and supervising staff during shifts, allocating tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. The supervisor will oversee customer service standards, handle customer queries professionally, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Additional responsibilities include assisting with cash handling, monitoring point-of-sale operations, performing basic stock control, supporting staff training, and assisting management with operational duties. The role requires reliability, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced catering environment.
