  • Check implementation of procedures. Analyse production activity data (percentage of returns, manufacturing time,...)
  • Train personnel in procedures, techniques, working methods, use of equipment and implementation of regulations
  • Determine workplaces, locations or terms of goods handling and storage
  • Determine and supervise execution of manufacturing/production tests and trials (assembly, prototype, trial series...)
  • Supervise installations or industrial transfers (disassembly, assembly of inserts, production lines...)
  • Follow-up progress and conformity of execution according to implementation programme
  • Check work of suppliers and service providers
  • Plan activities of personnel and distribute workstations
