The Distribution Clerk coordinates daily wine distribution by ensuring customer orders are properly received, collected, accurately picked, correctly loaded, and delivered on time. The role involves planning delivery routes, maintaining regular contact with customers and internal teams, overseeing the availability and condition of the delivery vehicle fleet, and supporting efficient, customer-focused distribution operations.

    • Monitor and check drivers' activities (driving hours, validity of certificates/permits...)
    • Follow-up transport of goods. Inform customer about proceeding. Suggest solutions in case of problems
