We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Malta. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for a motivated individual who is already based in Malta and eager to grow within the recruitment and staffing sector.

The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Review CVs and assess candidate suitability for open vacancies Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases Support onboarding processes and basic documentation follow-up Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process Assist with job postings and talent pipeline development Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and timelines Requirements Must be currently based in Malta and available for immediate start Previous experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset) Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Professional, proactive, and people-oriented attitude Good command of Microsoft Office tools What We Offer Full-time employment in a growing recruitment agency Hands-on training and continuous learning in recruitment processes Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to grow and develop within the company Exposure to different industries and client profiles
