Reporting to the CSO and the Marketing Coordinator, the Design and Creative Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering creative concepts & visual assets that support both the Company’s brand identity & the portfolio of represented brands.
FT Design and Creative Executive – Miller Distributors Ltd. The Role The role supports marketing initiatives and commercial objectives across all channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution in line with each brand’s identity and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new creative concepts and develop artworks and videos for Facebook, Instagram, display ads, YouTube, Miller’s fleet, Miller’s website, email campaigns for new brands, and in-store materials such as gondola ends, stand headers, posters, and stickers. • Edit and adapt artworks and videos as required to meet marketing plans objectives and timelines. • Assist in the development, maintenance, and regular updates of the new Miller’s website. • Liaise with suppliers to obtain artworks required for campaigns and request brand assets from new suppliers. • Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of creative materials. • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives • Keep up to date with the latest design trends and Adobe software updates • Carry out other tasks and assume responsibilities commensurate with the position, as required. Required Profile • Graphic Designer with proven experience in both digital design and point-of-sale (POS / in-store materials) • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • Experience liaising with suppliers, agencies, and external partners • Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, AI tools and Adobe updates • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key Requirements • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and professional certifications in Graphic Design, digital marketing, PR, or content marketing are an advantage. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Proven experience in event planning, campaign execution, and collaborating with creative teams. • Experience managing or coordinating POS material and Visual Merchandising • Experience managing or coordinating digital marketing campaigns. • Familiarity with PR strategies and media relations. • Strong project management, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Comfortable liaising with external agencies and internal stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A team player who can coordinate effectively across departments. • Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
