A friendly and organised 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, and support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Managing and coordinating calendar appointments. Scanning, organising, and filing documents. Maintaining client databases and records. Following up with clients when required. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: An Advanced Level standard of education (or equivalent). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive and proactive approach to work. Good written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English. At least one year of experience working in an office environment. Previous experience in a corporate service, legal, or compliance environment will be considered an asset.
